About the Rame Protection Group

The Rame Protection Group is a network of like-minded individuals of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs united by a determination to help preserve the beauty and tranquility of the Rame Peninsula. We are not against all development but will seek to ensure that it enhances the area and seeks to promote the public interest. The network is unaffiliated with any other group and is open to anyone who shares this commitment.

We are currently pursuing a judicial review against Cornwall Council to seek to overturn a planning permission for a large modern house with 27 windows on a greenfield site at the heart of the Rame Head Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
